The Skyjack SJ8841 RT diesel scissor lift has a large 1.7m by 3.4m work platform, with a 1.22m roll-out deck. It also has a safe working limit of 680kg, meaning it can lift up to five persons carrying tools and equipment with ease. It allows for plenty of working room, and access to high-level work areas, with additional outreach. The Skyjack SJ8841 RT is perfect for long-term work at heights, such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, finishing, maintenance, inspection, surveying, and more.
This scissor lift has a 12.5m maximum platform height, which gives a 14.5m maximum working height. It is easy to control and move around with a relay-based control system and is driveable at full height and with the deck fully extended. This lift is designed for external work and is suitable for the rough terrain of construction sites and other challenging work fields. It has 0.20-metre ground clearance, axle based four-wheel-drive system, rear differential and limited-slip front differential, disc brake system on rear axle, grip lug air-filled tyres, and up to 30% gradeability.
The Skyjack SJ8841 RT has plenty of features to ensure operator safety and prevent falls from heights. It features a fold-down hinged railing system with half-height spring-hinged gates on both sides. The lift also has a tilt alarm with drive and lift cut-out, all motion audible alarm, flashing lights for better visibility, and an operator's horn.
