Our puddle pumps are 25mm water pumps, ideal for pumping dirty site water from flat surfaces down to within 1mm of the surface. These residue pumps are compact and lightweight in design, yet they have a high flow rate f 170 litres per minute, so they are capable of pumping large quantities of water away from an area quickly, via a layflat delivery hose.
These electric water pumps are high quality pieces of equipmen, ideal for use on site for removing a build up of rain water from flooded areas such as concrete slabs, foundations and flat roofs. These dirty water pumps have a pressed steel outer casing and a cast aluminium pump stand, which provide protection from knocks and bumps. They also have a robust rubber pump chamber and a urethane vortex impeller, which provide great resistance to wear when pumping water containing sand and silt. These pumps also have a swing check valve that prevents back flow of water from the discharge hose, and a dual position outlet port that allows the outlet hose to be set horizontally or vertically, and avoid it kinking. These features help to ensure that these puddle pumps are capable of withstanding the demands of site use, to perform effectively time after time.
You can book a puddle pump hire online or over the phone and then either collect the water pump from your local depot at the start of the hire or we can deliver it to you.
Please note: Our puddle pumps are 110v pieces of equipment. A transformer, generator or 110V site supply will be required to use them. You will need a transformer and extension lead in order to power one of these water pumps using a domestic 240v mains power supply. You can add a transformer and extension lead to your order during checkout.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
