The Power Tower is a fantastic low level powered access machine. The Power Tower offers a compact, easy to use and effective solution to low level access. It features a spacious work platform, an all-round guard rail and a locking gate - for safe and secure access to work at a height. Ideal for all kinds of tradespeople completing overhead installations, inspections, repairs and more, these battery-powered low level access platforms can be pushed around a site easily by one person. Once in position, simply step on to the platform and use the operating buttons to raise the platform to a height of up to 3.1m. This offers a great working height of up to 5.1m. These compact dimensions of the Power Tower allow it to be pushed through doorways and along corridors without any issue. The Power Tower is a completely safe piece of access equipment - it offers a much more secure and convenient alternative to ladders and steps, and it offers a faster and more mobile alternative to a scaffold tower. The Power Tower fully complies with EN280 and all relevant European machinery directives. The lifting arms are part of a heavy-duty, fabricated steel superstructure with stainless steel components, bushed pivots, and a durable powder-coated finish. These features ensure the tower provides incredible strength and resilience. The hydraulic circuit is fully fail-safe with a check valve on the lift cylinder. The heavy-duty Auto-Lok wheels engage brakes when elevation begins, to prevent the machine from surfing whilst in use. There is also an emergency descent function and an audible descent and ascent drive alarm to alert anyone that is working close to the tower that the platform is moving. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
