We have electric palm sander hire available. These sanders are compact, lightweight tools that can be used by hand. They are convenient 110v tools that are ideal for small sanding jobs, such as lightly sanding down furniture and tabletops between coatings of paint or varnish. Due to their small profile, they are perfect for getting right into corners and tight spaces, where a larger sanding machine cannot reach. These hand sanders are suitable for home DIY and useful for professional contractors. The sanding sheet is fixed to the pad using velcro. The velcro offers a secure hold to keep the sanding sheet in place. It also means it is effortless to replace the sheets when needed. Book a palm sander hire online or over the phone and collect the machine from your local store at the start of the hire, or we can deliver to you.
Please note: Our palm sanders are 110v pieces of equipment. We can also supply you with a transformer and extension lead if required. We also have Personal Protection Packs available for purchase, which include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and earplugs. We can also supply sanding sheets for these machines in a range of grits - coarse P40 grit, medium P80 grit and fine P120 grit. You can add these accessories to your order during checkout.

We had to hire a transformer as this finishing sander is 110v but besides that it is a good bit of kit and doesn't cost a lot to hire.

The palm sander is light, powerful and easy to use. I sanded down my garden fence and back gate in one day. The little dust bag helped keep the mess to a minimum!

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
