Our metal profile nibblers are designed for making fast, accurate, distortion free cuts in sheet metal - including steel, stainless steel and aluminium. These profile nibblers are capable of cutting mild steel up to 1.6mm thick, stainless steel up to 1.2mm thick and aluminium plate up to 2.3mm thick. They have a slim, lightweight design and a strong die and cutting blade that allows you to cut quickly and efficiently through metal sheets. The die can be positioned in 3 different settings for excellent directional cutting - straight, curved, left and right. This also helps to cut corrugated and trapezoidal sheets. The spread of chips produced during cutting is minimized with the downward punching operation. You can book a metal profile nibbler hire online or over the phone. Make sure that you wear appropriate safety equipment whilst using the metal nibblers and whilst handling sheet metal, such as safety goggles and gloves. Also wear ear defenders to protect your hearing from noise produced during cutting. We can supply Personal Protection packs which include safety goggles, safety gloves, a dust mask and ear plugs. You can add this to your order during checkout.
Please note: Our profile nibblers are 110v pieces of equipment. A transformer will be required to power them using a 240v domestic mains power supply. You can add a transformer and extension lead to your order during checkout.
Please note: This product description and detail is based on the model we have the most stock of. Alternative brands of equivalent specification may be supplied based on location and availability.
