Our Karcher BR 45/22 floor scrubber dryers are ideal for cleaning large areas of floor where there are obstacles, furniture or narrow areas that could cause issues for larger units. These battery powered pedestrian scrubber dryers feature a high quality roller brush head which rotates 200° in either direction thanks to KART steering technology (Kärcher Advanced Response Technology). This allows these units to clean around tables, chairs, furniture, and into tight, restricted access areas.
The rotating roller brush works in tandem with a fresh water and cleaning solution spray, to scrub floors clean quickly and efficiently. These machines will also simultaneously sweep the floor of debris and dry the floor using a vacuum and squeegee. This means that these floor cleaning machines effectively scrub, sweep and dry the floor in a single pass!
These scrubber dryers also feature an eco efficiency mode which can increase the run time by up to 50% and reduces operating noise by around 40% - making them ideal for daytime cleaning.
