This 110v Electro fusion box is designed specifically for automatic connection of PPR electro-fusion fittings. This Electro-fusion unit uses produces a constant electrical current, which flows through the embedded heater wires within the sleeve fitting, which is placed around the two pipes. The extreme heat and pressure produced during welding makes simple, reliable, rigid joints between pipes. As the Electro-fusion box flows the current through the wires, the fitting shrinks around the two pipes, producing a tight, reliable joint between the pipes. The shrinking process does not alter the internal bore of the joint because the ends and the centre of the fitting are deliberately kept cold during the welding process. This ensures a strong, reliable professional joint. Ensure that the connecting sleeve fitting is fitted evenly between both pipes and that the pipes have clean cut, burr-free edges, before using the 110v Electro-fusion box, to ensure the most reliable, long-lasting joint.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
