These floor preparation machines are tough, robust and effective pieces of equipment, designed for removing the top layer from old concrete floors, levelling out concrete floors, removing old finishes, stains and marks, and working grooves into floors. These professional pieces of equipment have a Quick Lift feature with a lever that raises and lowers the cutters on to the floor surface; as well as a Fine Adjust feature with a screw handle that allows you to set the cutting depth. These units also have a dust extraction port that allows you to connect the floor scarifier to a dust extraction unit. This prevents the concrete dust produced while planing from being released into the air when you work, which would cause a huge mess and could seriously harm the health of the operator.
