The circular saw included in this package is a 165mm 18v cordless circular saw and the planer is a cordless power planer, with a planing depth of 2mm, planing width of 82mm and maximum rebate depth of 9mm. The two power tools included in this package are ergonomic, lightweight and easy to use. The cordless design means that you are not restricted by power cables, so you can work anywhere at home, in a workshop or on site.
We supply the circular saw and the power planer with two batteries each as part of the package deal. This allows you to work using one battery whilst charging the other. When the battery you are using run out of power, simply swap it over for the charged battery and carry on working! This means that there is no down time, so you can get the job done without having to wait around a battery to charge.

I've previously used petrol driven cutters. Noisy and unreliable in my opinion. I would thoroughly recommend this cordless kit deal.

This product is fabulous and is well designed and quieter than my old Bosch Planer, I am so glad I switched to hiring cordless as I now have a very powerful electric planer without having to watch the electric lead! This goes for the circular saw too as not having to worry about leads has helped a lot.

Absolutely fantastic. The blade it comes with leaves such a clean cut, it's almost unbelievable. Combined with the evolution 185mm diamond blade this circular saw enabled me to cut and fit my own granite kitchen (I bought the kitchen second hand, so the granite work surfaces had to be cut to fit). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this circular saw!
