HiPOD podium steps are for working at low level heights safely and securely. HiPOD podium steps are extremely robust, durable, and hard-wearing. They can withstand regular use in demanding industries and provide a work platform for installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, decorating, and more. They are also lightweight and portable, with a folding frame which makes it easy to carry, transport, and store. This design always allows the podium steps to be set up or collapsed quickly and easily. There are four sturdy legs and each has a swivel castor to allow you to push the podium in any direction when it is fully assembled. As the slim design means the structure can fit through corridors and doorways, you can save time by leaving the podium steps erected when moving them across a work site. The castors are fitted with a brake to ensure stability and safety when the platform is in use. Additionally, there is an all-round handrail and saloon locking gates at the correct sizes and dimensions to prevent hazards. These podiums are fully compliant with the latest industry standards for working at height equipment, including PAS250. These podiums offer a much safer way of working at low level heights than step ladders. These podium steps are available in 3 sizes, each with an adjustable work platform that offers two different platform heights. The maximum working height that you can reach with HiPOD podium steps is 3.5m. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
