Genie Super Hoists are convenient and effective material lifts. They are air-powered pieces of equipment, designed for lifting, positioning and installing a range of materials and components on site.
These lifting machines are powered using a bottle of compressed air - one gas bottle can provide up to 80 / 90 lifts. Genie Super Hoists can be used for lifting boards and panels, ducting, air con units, electrical fixtures and more.
The compact and portable design of these machines makes them very easy to transport and move around a site. They have a one-piece platform that attaches easily to the telescopic cylinder, and fold-up legs that make them very easy to transport to a site and position wherever needed. Genie Super Hoists are operated easily via a patented control handle, so you can lift heavy loads to great heights quickly, easily and safely.
We have two different Genie Super Hoist models available for hire - the GH3.8 and the GH5.6. The GH3.8 has a maximum weight capacity of 136kg and a maximum lifting height of 3.8m. The GH5.6 has a maximum weight capacity of 113kg and a maximum lifting height of 5.6m. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
