Our Makita electric power planers are the perfect tools for giving all kinds of wooden surfaces a perfectly smooth, professional finish. Fitted with an adjustable blade for ultimate cutting depth control, these power planers do the work of a hand planer much quicker and with much less effort. These wood planers have a maximum planing depth per pass of 4mm, a planing width of 82mm and a rebate capacity of 25mm. They allow professional tradespeople and DIY users alike to square frame, resurface old beams, install doors and windows, remove saw marks, shape deck and fence post edges, or resurface cabinets and other wooden furniture.
Our electric planers are 110v pieces of equipment, so a transformer, generator or 110v site supply is required in order to operate them. You can add a transformer and extension leads to your order during checkout. We can also supply Personal Protection Packs, which include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and ear plugs.
