Our electric chop saws are essential pieces of equipment for cutting pipes, rods and box sections quickly and accurately. They feature a powerful electric motor, a simple pull down action, a large spark guard and a safety lock-off switch. These features make the chop saws easy to use but also very safe on site. These machines also have a quick release vice that holds the pipe firmly in place whilst you cut it, which ensures accurate cutting every time. The rubber feet on the base of these units help to provide grip on virtually any surface - preventing any movement whilst the saw is in use. You must wear all appropriate safety equipment whilst using one of these cut off saws - including safety gloves and protective goggles. We can supply Personal Protection Packs, which include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and ear plugs. You can add one of these packs to your order during checkout. Book a chop saw hire online or over the phone & collect the kit from your nearest depot at the start of the hire, or we can deliver to you!

The hire rate is for the chop saw machine only. Cutting blades are sold separately. You can add 355mm Metal Cutting Discs to your order during checkout.
These electric chop saws are 110v pieces of equipment. You can add a transformer and extension lead to your order during checkout if required.

What a great piece of professional kit. Its solid, well built, easy to use and makes mitring a breeze. Ok so it's not the cheapest chop saw on the market but you get what you pay for thats for sure.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
