This cutting station is highly adaptable and offers a convenient workspace for cutting various materials. The station features a thick rubber mat that not only offers a durable and flat working area but also provides excellent grip, reduces vibration, and minimizes noise when using power tools like a chop saw. Its powder-coated steel case ensures durability and can withstand impacts and dents in demanding environments.
Inside the cutting station, PVC panels line the walls, isolating your work and protecting the surrounding area from sparks. The unit is also BS476 fire-rated for added safety. This versatile cutting station is entirely self-contained and suitable for long hours of work. It includes a 110v auxiliary power socket that can be connected to your site's power supply. The lockable cabinet section contains accessible sockets, and there are additional sockets and a light within the cutting area. For added safety, an emergency stop isolator switch is located near the power socket, allowing you to shut off the power to the entire unit if needed.
The cutting station features adjustable extending support arms on one side of the cabinet. These arms serve multiple functions, including holding materials in place and providing stability during demanding tasks. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
