These 500mm petrol masonry bench saws provide powerful and effective site tool for cutting large quantities of bricks, blocks, tiles and more. These heavy duty saw benches feature an adjustable cutting head that can be raised and lowered by hand or with foot controls, and a large sliding table with seize free rollers, that helps to provide straight and accurate cutting. These masonry saws also have a water dust supression system to reduce mess, improve cutting results and improve health and safety.
These units split into two parts for easier transporation and the wheels fitted to the base of the unit allow you to wheel the saw into position, wherever it is required on site.
You can book a 500mm petrol masonry bench saw hire online or over the phone and collect it from your nearest depot at the start of the hire or we can deliver it to you. We can also supply Personal Protection Packs, which include safety goggles, safety gloves, a dust mask and ear plugs.
Please note: The blade is not included in the hire rate - it is sold separately. You can add a 450mm P5-LMC Diamond Blade to your order during checkout.
450mm P5-LMC Diamond Blade - A premium laser welded blade for all types of concrete including reinforced as well as general building materials. Dimensions: 450 x 3.6 x 12 x 25.4mm.
Ideally Suited: All types of aggregated reinforced concrete and non-reinforced concrete, concrete slabs, kerbs, pipes and beams, class B engineering bricks, concrete flag stones, York stone, concrete paviors, general facing bricks, solid dense concrete blocks above 7Newton, handmade bricks and concrete roof tiles.
Occasional Use: Class A engineering bricks, clay products, Indian stone, lightweight concrete blocks, green concrete and cement screed (too much use on these materials could result in either overheating or rapid wear).

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
