This 300mm disc cutter is ideal for heavy-duty cutting of asphalt, brick, concrete, wood, masonry, metal, and most other materials. It is suitable for use on all construction sites, as it gets through workloads quickly and efficiently. It is a lightweight disc cutter that can be easily transported in vehicles with the rest of your tools and carried easily around the site to where it is needed. It also has a decompression valve, compensator, and a long life air filter system. This keeps the work area clean and clear of dust and debris. Ensure that only fully trained and competent people use the saw. Wear all appropriate protective equipment, such as safety goggles, heavy-duty gloves, toe-capped boots, a dust mask and ear defenders. Take regular breaks from using the saw to prevent injuries related to HAVS.
We can supply a range of accessories for these saws. Our Personal Protection Packs include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and earplugs.
We also have dust units available for the disc cutter. This is used to suppress dust when a continuous source of mains water is not available. Simply pump the handle a few times to create the correct amount of pressure before use.

Applications:
Ideally Suited - Lightly reinforced concrete, concrete, slabs, kerbs, pipes, beams, concrete flag stones, York stone, concrete paviors, general facing bricks, hand-made bricks and concrete roof tiles.
Occasional Use - Flint aggregate concete, class B engineering bricks, heavily reinforced concrete, medium reinforced concrete, lightweight concrete blocks, green concrete and cement screed (too much use on these materials could result in either overheating or rapid wear).
