This 22.9 mobile welfare unit is a large, self contained cabin that contains all the facilities you need for a modern worksite. It is a large cabin split into 4 separate rooms, providing a canteen, office, toilet and drying room for your workers and staff. Each facility has its own entrance so that they benefit from privacy and security, and are easy to maintain. Each room also features PIR LED lighting so that the unit is always well lit and safe when occupied, and an efficient heating system maintains a comfortable temperature. This welfare unit is designed for reliability and efficiency. You can tow it into place so that you can place it in the most convenient location, and it is easy to set up. The unit is built with high strength composite panels with a galvanised steel exterior and chassis. The external corners are specially designed to absorb impacts during, and they are easily maintained in case of any accidental damage. As well as being extremely practical, this welfare unit is environmentally friendly and cost effective - it offers a fantastic level of energy saving when compared to traditional units. It lowers emissions, noise pollution, generator time, even when the appliances are used regularly.
Canteen - The canteen has an open plan space with a food preparation area, a table, and comfortable bench seating for up to 12 people. There is a kettle and a microwave as standard, plus power sockets for additional equipment. There is a sink basin with warm, running water, and you can control the temperature of the room using the thermostatically controlled Eberspacher air heating system. Other features include a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, waste container, cup dispenser, drinking water container, and a carbon monoxide detector.
Office - The separate office allows you to hold meetings, complete paperwork, and more, without interrupting anyone using the canteen. It has a work desk, sockets for computers and devices, PIR LED lights, a window, and a heating outlet.
WC - There is a spacious toilet with 80 litre recirculating flush tank. There is also a stainless steel forearm washbasin with warm, running water, a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, and toilet roll holder also build into the room.
Drying Room - The drying room offers plenty of space to change out of work clothes or to store outerwear, the drying room features a seating bench and 6 coat hooks. The blown air outlet ensures that the temperature of the room is kept comfortable.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
